How to stop causing cancer and change its prognosis

The most important and relevant challenge facing people who have been diagnosed with cancer and even those who have not been diagnosed is “How do I stop doing this?” “How do I stop producing this cancer?”

Clearly, since in the United States, one in two men and one in two and a half women will develop cancer in their lifetime, if cancer were genetic, most of our grandparents would have developed it and perhaps died of cancer. not what happened and that is why we must change our investigative perspectives.

About every six weeks, we get new skin; every three days, we have new cells lining our colon; every two days we have new rods and cones on our retinas; every four to six months, we have new books; and therefore, every ten or twelve months, we have a new body. Therefore, if we had cancer a year ago and we have it today, it is because we continue to produce it.

If you put a big scratch on a Rolls Royce it will eventually rust and corrode. If your arm is cut with a sharp knife, it bleeds, then scabs over, and finally heals! Wow! Clearly this biomechanical (body) ground suit that we experience our lives in, is much better engineered and engineered than the expensive Rolls Royce. And yet, do we change the oil, tune it up or rotate the tires? NO! But we expect high performance and are puzzled when we get sick.

The human body is in constant renewal. It is never static. Billions of new cells are produced every minute. Billions of old cells, metabolic waste products, and poisons from food, drink, air, skin, and lungs must also be removed every minute. When these processes are thwarted, symptoms arise (body trying to correct them) and ultimately, if not remedied, all processes cease.

It doesn’t really matter how effective someone is at killing cancer if the person continues to make it. It is not always difficult to rid the body of cancer; the difficulty lies in keeping it out!

Here is the formula to stop producing cancer:

1) Eat according to your biological needs and not your appetites. Please note that we are primates, not canine or feline or bovine or porcine. Consider what gorillas eat and ask yourself if they are strong and healthy. Remember that sunlight is destroyed by fire, radiation, and microwaves. Also, freezing destroys many nutrients. Organic, ripe, fresh and unaltered are the qualities of the foods most compatible with health.
2) Sleep early and get up early.
3) Start your day with meditation and/or prayer and include Tai Chi or Ji Gong or Yoga.
4) Read about health and healing of body, mind and spirit…don’t read about disease. (at least 30 minutes).
5) Do aerobic exercise for at least 20 minutes (45 eventually) and include some resistance exercises to tone and strengthen muscles.
6) Eat only after working out, but remember, you don’t have to eat in the morning and the longer you go between meals, the healthier you’ll become.
7) Clean your colon. Remember that the colon is about 1.5 to 2 meters or about 5 feet long, so consider how much waste you are getting rid of each day. If you are not around 5 feet then you should have an enema or have a colonic. Daily or colonic enema 2 to 3 times per week, if possible or a combination of the two. A colonic and 3 enemas per week is an example.
8) Coffee retention enemas are great ways to cleanse your liver and wheatgrass juice or other fresh juice retention enemas are another way to get nutrients into your body.
9) Rest for noon, meditate and/or pray, take off your shoes and feel the ground with your bare feet and let the sun warm your skin, if possible for about 30 minutes depending on where you live.
10) Eat your dinner at least 3 hours before bed. It is very important for healing to go to sleep with an empty stomach and intestines.
11) Meditate and/or pray before dinner.
12) Be careful not to lie. Being dishonest produces harmful psycho-emotional and spiritual effects.
13) Laugh… loud, if possible a few times a day.
14) Be nice… if you are angry sit down and take a deep breath or if you must go somewhere and yell and hit a stick and then take a slow deep breath and meditate for 5 minutes.
15) Spend the last 30 minutes before bed reading and/or praying or meditating.
16) Sleep with your head north to south or south to north, if possible.
17) Make sure the room you sleep in is quiet, dark, and free of electronic equipment.
18) Fast from 10 to 14 days four times a year on the two solstices and equinoxes. So, March 21, June 21, September 21 and December 21. The fast should be 10 to 14 consecutive months, which include the 21st of those months.
19) The order of importance regarding a healthy diet: Volume, frequency and quality. Therefore, do not eat until you are full. Eat at most twice a day and skip a day once a week. Quality food is organic, fresh and ripe.
20) Find someone to love.
