You have to take a step of faith sometimes because things don’t always make logical sense. God can see further than we can, He has already filled in the blanks. There are things in life that we are not supposed to know yet, but if you have faith, in due time everything will be revealed to you. You have to let go of the things in life that keep you from being the best you can be. We have to let go of the less to get the greater. Put yourself in a position to be blessed by changing the way you think. Use your crisis to lift you to a point of maximum creativity and don’t let it become your weakness. Being alive is a blessing, no matter how difficult life gets. You are stronger than your enemies; God is stronger than your enemies. Sometimes we must let go of friends, family, and everything we have come to know to receive our blessings. You have to remain strong and patient in solidarity because sometimes the people you have aligned with cannot go with you. Most of us will try to realize dreams that no one else can see manifest, but when you find yourself alone, trust God. If God is for you, who is against you? You may feel like you are going through things alone, but God will never leave or forsake you and He has already made a way out for you.
When you know your purpose, you should stay away from people who don’t talk about anything and do nothing. People are put into your life to help or distract you, but it’s up to you to know the difference. Deliverance Tabernacle Bishop Charles Young said you have to find your group on a Sunday. He said that when you join a group you don’t belong to, you do more harm than good. We often get carried away with that glamorous life of what other people have, but what looks good is not always good or better. They say that all that glitters is not gold. In life there is no easy way out, you have to work hard to get things that last. I know that I want more out of life and I will not let others distract me from my goals. Sometimes you have to stand even if you have to be alone. You have to be willing to go the distance yourself. Your faith has to be unshakable because the devil is cunning, he knows your weaknesses. Take a firm stand on the word of God, know what he said and know what he promised you because it is the only thing that is true and eternal.
You should also be specific when you pray and ask God for things. You must have unshakable faith in God when you pray; you have to put the matter in their hands. Prayer is like baking a cake with God. You have all the ingredients to make the dough but God is the oven. You may not have worldly help, but never sleep spiritually. You can mix everything properly but without heat that cake won’t bake. Prayer is the same, that’s why they say that if you’re going to pray don’t worry and if you’re going to worry don’t pray. If you keep opening the oven and checking the cake as it bakes it will fall off and if you keep trying to handle the things you were supposed to leave in God’s hands, they will too. We pray and ask God for help, but we don’t believe that he will do what he said he would do, so we continue to do things on our own and when you do, you destroy everything that God has planned for you. You let others tell you that you are not worthy of God’s blessings, but you are. You let people tell you that you are not good enough, but you are. You let people make you believe that you can’t do and be anything you set your mind to but you can. God didn’t give you a light to put under a bushel, He wants you to let it shine. God has given you as much ability as He has given anyone else, but we are so busy worrying about what others have that we cannot see the talents we possess. Prayer is a powerful tool that anyone can use, so use it to your advantage and watch things change.
Remember that when you are asking God for things the Bible says, because to whom much is given, much will be asked. They say that with great power comes great responsibility, but when God blesses us, we often forget where we came from. We forget how easily things can be taken away from us. There is a saying that says don’t burn your bridges before crossing them, but I say don’t burn your bridges at all because you never know when you will have to cross them again. You need to make sure that you have met the necessary requirements to get the things you want in life and keep them. The Bible says study to show yourself approved. In life, things not only fall into your lap, you have to work for them, but with those things we work for comes the responsibility to maintain them. Ask yourself if I have met the requirements.
No weapon forged against those who serve God will prosper. If you trust God, nothing will stop you from being successful. You may believe in God, but ask yourself if you trust him and believe me there is a difference. You must remove all doubt from your heart and believe that when you ask God something will pass you by. Why waste time asking God for things if you don’t believe that he will answer your prayers? Maybe I just trust my faith in the God I live to serve, but I think if he says I can have everything I say, I can and I will. There is power is the language. Sometimes you have to remind yourself of God’s promises and remember that he is not a man who should lie. The Bible says that your heavenly Father knows what you need, but seek first the kingdom of God and his justice; and all things will be added to them.
Sometimes God has to remind us who is in charge, but the Bible says that He will never put more than we can bear. Sometimes he has to put us through things just to get us out. You may be lost, but God has already made a path and when the time is right, He will tell Satan to let you go. We have to trust God when the going gets tough and there is no end in sight, when it seems that every time you overcome a situation a new one arises. The pain of life will distract you from receiving the blessings that God has for you, but all you have to do is look beyond the sky for your help and He will respond. God may not come when you want him, but I know he is always on time. Learn to be okay walking alone. You are not supposed to fit in with everyone, they are not supposed to like you. Not everyone is supposed to support your dreams. People are supposed to leave when they need them most. People are supposed to hate you and talk about you. Life is supposed to be hard and unfair so that you can learn to trust God and not man. Be patient in your solidarity because whoever has God is never really alone.
