How I Beat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2 Weeks

I was a competitive triathlete in 1989. Fortunately, I had a job that allowed me to train quite seriously. Serious training for triathlons means practicing all three principles involved. Run, swim and ride a bike.

One day during a training run, I had a bicycle accident that launched me about 20 feet into the air and landed on my left arm. I didn’t realize at the time that I had fractured my forearm.

During this time he was still teaching martial arts. Every time my left arm was hit and died. That’s when I found out I had bone chips in my elbow. I had surgery to remove 3 chips about ΒΌ the size of a dime.

This is how I contacted my CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Apparently my immune system took a hit from all the training and the anesthesia/antibiotics during surgery triggered chronic fatigue syndrome.

If anyone reading this still has CFS from that time, they probably remember that it was first called Epstein-Barr Disease (the Yuppie disease).

Chronic fatigue syndrome was also suggested to be a yeast infection of the blood system.

I didn’t care what the cause was, I just wanted a cure. Anyone familiar with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome will know about mood swings, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, weight gain, etc. He had ballooned up to 174 pounds. My fit weight is 154 pounds. and always torn. He was chubby despite only eating salads. CFS throws your whole body into chaos!

Fortunately, my chiropractor was familiar with CFS at the time and referred me to an acupuncturist who treated CFS patients. The acupuncture treatment was similar to allergy tests, I was injected with herbs and needles. This was only part of my treatment.

The treatment that worked for me was coffee enemas. In those days they were not as familiar as today. I don’t know where the coffee enema originated, but I do know that coffee is an herb.

We now use herbs in various ways for healing and health.

At first I thought it was crazy and mentally resisted. I started my coffee enemas and 2 weeks later I had my CFS under full control and almost gone.

My CFS regiment consisted of the coffee enema and a low carb diet.

I lost 20 pounds in 10 days and was back in shape. I reduced my exercise routine to yoga every day and jogging 3 miles.

If you have CFS and you have not been able to beat it, then you should consider coffee enema and diet regimen.

For me, the coffee enema proved to be the most effective detox. I still do a coffee enema every 2 months to keep my liver, kidneys, and intestines rot-free.
