How to lose belly fat with a 7 minute workout

Here’s how to lose belly fat with a simple 7-minute workout you can do at home. This is much better than jogging and crunches…and much shorter, only 7 minutes. If you do this exercise 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.

Hundreds of my clients have proven that this is the best and most efficient way to lose belly fat.

1. Hindu squats

This is a version of squats without weight. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while sliding or touching the floor with your fingertips with each rep. You will do it for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. This melts stomach fat fast.

So total time, 5 minutes so far.

2. Go around in a circle like a child

This is an innovative exercise that does much more than help you lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy after a couple of times of doing it. This is what you do.

Rotate clockwise for 5 to 15 repetitions with arms outstretched like the wings of an airplane. Do as many turns as it takes to get a little dizzy. You don’t want to get too dizzy. You will then repeat that number for a total of 8 different sets of spins. Each series of turns takes about 15 seconds.

Total spin time, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all sets of spins one after the other, you can spread them out throughout the day.

Now the reason spinning in circles works is because it stimulates your endocrine system to balance your hormonal imbalances. Almost everyone has an imbalance. The imbalance in hormones causes you to gain weight and hurts your ability to lose weight.
