Sean Nalewanyj Muscle Gain Truth Review

The truth about building muscle and if Sean Nalewanyj can get you broken or is just ripping you off

I’m a born skeptic, every time I hear how easy something is, or how much money you can earn in 24 hours, my first response is… “Yeah, right”. So when Sean Nalewanyj, the author of “The Truth About Building Muscle,” tells people that you can only get muscular by working out 24 minutes a day, my radar goes off and I start thinking of a scam…

Of course, a skeptic’s job is to prove something false, not to preach about it; With that said, let’s jump right in and find out if he can really get ripped abs or just ripped off.

Now it’s no secret that with a good diet, plenty of exercise, and possibly a few supplements, you can change your body… duh! But would Sean (self-proclaimed bodybuilding guru) have something new to add, or was he just repeating the same tired set of principles?

The first line of their website says…

As seen in the New York Times

Okay, that should be pretty easy to check…

Hmmm…yeah they mentioned him…it’s an article about multiple health and fitness related products but his name is there so get 1 for Sean Nalewanyj.

Then mention the following…

You’ll feel healthier… stronger

You will look better… More desirable

You will have a new confidence

That’s great and anyone will feel healthier if they get off the couch, take a walk, do some exercise, etc. There’s nothing new there, but I’m wondering about the looking better part.

Now, from one skeptic to another (you’re a skeptic, aren’t you?) I found myself looking in the mirror and squeezing over an inch of flesh and thinking… the machine a little bit. The question was, would that happen with the course of Sean’s muscular development?

Confidence is something that is earned when we achieve something, when we know without a shadow of a doubt that either…

We can do something (run a mile, do 20 push-ups, etc.) or…

We know that we look good and we notice that some ladies measure us; that works in any guy’s book and yeah i’ve been thinking about stepping away from the keyboard and out into the “real world”. Who knows, maybe this was the time.

Okay, enough of my fantasies, let’s get back to “The Truth About Building Muscle” review, fact or fiction, body ripped or ripped off.

So I scrolled down the page on his site and saw photo after photo of Sean sporting his ripped body… GAWD, does this guy have an ego or what? Of course, it seems that he has the body mass to support his ego, so what I can say is that he practices what he preaches.

To be fair, he first talks about how weak at 125 pounds he was in school, scared of his own shadow… and girls… “Forget it.” So I’ll give him a point for being honest, there’s no way I’m going to talk about my time in high school… can you say “geek”?

Here is a quote from his website, which many would like to identify with…

“Instead of feeling shy and reserved around women, I now feel confident, powerful and brave.”

One thing is certain and this is not about Sean and the “The Truth About Building Muscle” course, this is about life. If you look healthy and project a positive and confident image of yourself, it’s just a fact that…

get more women

Have a higher salary

command more respect

Live more and more fully

There’s no hype there and whether I like Sean Nalewanyj, or actually have a bit of envy, it sounds like he’s lived the life he’s talking about, going from a skinny, unconfident kid to a “sturdy” successful adult. which has actually been in the New York Times.

He hadn’t even mentioned the extra video lessons; where he offers powerful tips and tricks to help you achieve your goals. Objectives that will come to you one by one as you progress through the course, learning about…

muscle development

Nutrition

the right mindset

training

The truth about supplements

Rest and Recovery

There is no better teacher than the “University of Hard Knocks” and it seems that Sean Nalewanyj has been given tenure in a field where few tell the truth.

Final score…

Skeptics – ZERO

Sean Nalewanyj – THUMBS UP
