According to the dictionary, an insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government. We’ve only seen a little bit of violence to date, it’s hard to tell what time will bring. The very popular Wikipedia says that an insurgency is a rebellion against authority when those who participate in the rebellion are not recognized as belligerents. That definition seems to fit a little better to what is happening in the United States.
Oakland, California Mayor Libby Schaaf was recently notified by ‘credible sources’ of an upcoming Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid on her city. So the good mayoress did what any unrecognized belligerent would do…she notified her community members of the coming raid. She told Fox News that she did not do it to “panic” her residents but to “protect” them.
In her defense, she is from California, she is following the example of the Marxist leader, Governor Brown, who has declared all of California a sanctuary state. Makes you wonder where our Attorney General, Mr. Sessions, is on the subject? It would appear that both are committing serious crimes. Let’s take a look at some federal statutes.
8 US Code § 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii)
Any person who, knowing or with reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of the law, conceals, harbors, or protects from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or protect from detection detection, such a foreigner in any place, including any building or any means of transportation, shall be punished as provided in (B).
The keywords here would seem to me to be, well, the whole paragraph. Let’s see what it says below (B)?
8 US Code § 1324(a)(1)(B)(ii)
A person who violates (A) shall, for each alien with respect to whom such violation occurs in the case of a violation of (A)(ii), (iii), (iv) or (v)(II) ), be fined under title 18, imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.
My God, if those two were punished for ‘every’ alien helped, they’d be under jail, not in it. My question is, what photos do you have of Jeff Sessions that prompt you to recuse yourself from the epic Russia investigation, drag your feet over the myriad of Clinton scandals, and when it comes to Sanctuary States and Cities… the cat? he got the tongue out of it.
President Trump’s surprise victory was fueled by a disgruntled majority that had had enough; we were all deplorable. When he said ‘Drain the swamp’ we all cheered. Then we went back to see the Bachelor; now we are gearing up for the office pool and March Madness. Now we better look up from the big screen, our president is waist deep in the swamp, fighting Marxist creatures on all sides and the Deep State minions are plugging the holes as fast as he opens them. As we pass the time on Pinterest, the left continues to march. It’s like a story I heard years ago about a bacon and eggs breakfast. When you think about it, the chicken contributed to the meal, but the pork was compromised. Newsflash, the Marxist, leftist, Democratic, and progressive cabal is compromised. We are in the midst of a full-blown insurgency driven by the totalitarian world government people. Are you going to contribute to our failure or are you totally committed to saving the Republic? Nothing less will do.
