How to maximize your seduction skills in minimal time

I’ve been in the game for years, in fact I started accumulating PUA oriented materials when I was just a kid of 14 or 15, now I’m 38…do the math.

In that time I’ve seen the most absolute shit imaginable. I also learned some pure gold and a lot through today’s current PUA Gurus. I am also a highly experienced teacher and practitioner of other ‘mind and body’ oriented skills, including acupuncture and oriental medicine, Taoist sexual kung fu, hypnosis and NLP.

The first thing most people have to do to be really good at seduction is also one of the hardest… Slow down!

They all want to go out and mystically and magically hit as many HBs as they can with the kitchen sink and levitate them naked on their bed screaming in ecstasy. It just doesn’t work that way…at least not right away

Everyone enters the game with different aptitudes, skill sets, and in-game issues that need to be resolved. Now aside from the in-game stuff, it’s important to remember that what you’re doing is learning a new set of skills. Acquiring new skills also requires a methodology by which you can measure your progress and give yourself a roadmap from point A to point Z. Does that make sense? Well, I thought so too… Now.

The first problem, as I mentioned, is that people try to move faster than the skill sets they have internalized allow… consequently, this leads to a much higher proportion of crashes and burns (and consequently affects self-esteem, image and self-confidence) that may actually be necessary. The other is not having a clearly defined map or strategy of where you want to go, we deal with that first.

The first step you have to take is a concept I learned from a pretty famous Trainer (infamous in some circles) called Segment Intent. The concept behind targeting his intent is to simply identify as little as possible exactly what he is trying to achieve and make sure he achieves that goal before moving on to the next one.

Let’s look at the PUA process, for example… What is the overall result? (btw, that’s a great intention) For most of us, getting laid is somewhere near the top, so we’ll start there. Now the next thing you might have to ask yourself is what exactly is necessary for me to have sex? Well, you’d probably have to get a nice, horny HB (ie buy temp), right?

Now, for that to happen, what would have to come just before? Just before that? Just before that? Get it? Continue the process of working backwards until you have a clearly defined series of steps, starting with the goal you have and then working back in sequential microsteps to the first thing you would need to accomplish to start the sequence all over again. with the result being the automatic achievement of its goal, that is, wet relief!.

Now remember that many of the steps in your intent segment will indeed depend on whichever PUA system or combination of systems you’re using, but that doesn’t preclude having to include acquiring certain skill sets in your toolkit.

That’s part of the process and it really sounds like absolute common sense to me, but for some it may be new and actually it can help them to design and modify what they know to be more effective because the process can actually allow them to be more aware of things you are missing. Now, the aforementioned exercise is one that results in the acquisition of almost any goal.

We are talking about the acquisition of skills. Let’s be honest; we all want to hit a home run the first time. Our unconscious mind tends to perpetuate the behaviors and actions that bring us the most protection and/or pleasure and, without further instructions, our unconscious mind will continue to do exactly what it has always done over and over again unless it is already very successful. with female, you probably don’t want your UC to run its default program.

UC learns best in small chunks repeated over time with positive feedback reinforcing behavior. Remember that big hits are made of a lot of little ones! Kind of like making sure all the steps are done correctly in a math equation eventually yields a correct answer, that concept works the same way with other abilities as well.

So to minimize your crashes and burns, while building your hits, you need to make your practice more “segmented.” If you’re doing an SS/NLP based system and want to run patterns, it’s almost impossible to do it if you can. Don’t even approach a woman and make or hold positive eye contact. Similarly, if you want to work in groups in clubs, you can’t open a set if you can’t get close or don’t have the necessary openers ready, right?

So naturally the first step you would take before even starting a pattern would be to simply walk up to someone and say “Hello” while maintaining positive eye contact.

That’s all! NO MORE, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! FEEL GOOD! Small chunk assimilated, very easy to make.

Let’s say you’re having trouble even doing that, if so, then it’s time to break it down into an even smaller, easily achievable segment intent. Instead of going on an actual walk, practice getting good eye contact from people you meet, people you walk with, etc. Keep doing it until you can hold a steady gaze, once you can hold a steady gaze (without staring, that scares people and gets you into a nasty fight if you’re not too careful), then add one thing to the exercise. . a smile.

Sounds like we’re really micromanaging, right?… but guess what, each easily digestible micro-fragment boosts your confidence, reinforces success through what works, and embeds your micro-behaviors at the unconscious level where you really need them. and it boosts your self-esteem, and if you want a true inner game, you must, must, must build your self-esteem.

This process also automatically improves your consistency, which means that what you say and what you do are in sync with each other. (Women are great at spotting inconsistencies between what men say and how they act.) At the same time, he rehearses hit after hit and receives positive feedback at the same time. This allows you to naturally feel that you are accomplishing something and that engenders the tendency to keep practicing. Sounds like a good time to me!

One of the first mistakes newbies make is trying to do it too fast. Sometimes the slowest approach is often the fastest approach. Now, once you have the ability to chunk and digest each step before moving on to the next, your learning process becomes very systematic in the way that you can start adding just one more piece at a time to your existing sequence of skills. . Naturally, you will find yourself constantly working through the 4 stages of learning.

Unconscious incompetence – Conscious incompetence – Conscious competence – Unconscious competence

And the successes, in fact, will come much faster than one might expect.
