Melalueca is a network marketing company that was founded in 1985 by Roger and Allen Ball with their business partner Frank Vandersloot at the forefront of the business. Since the inception of Melaleuca Inc. Frank Vandersloot has been dedicated to keeping his marketing executives satisfied and motivated to promote his Melaleuca products and business opportunities. Frank Vandersloot paid particular attention to this aspect, as that was one of the main reasons why Roger and Allen Ball’s first business, Oil of Melaleuca Inc. in 1984, failed.

Melaleuca Sales Executives have a wide range in which they can grow. All Melaleuca representatives begin with the title of Sales Executive. Once you have enrolled 8 Melaleuca customers, you will become Director I. There are advancement bonuses and numerous incentives to keep advancing until you reach Director IX.

After that, advance to Senior Director status. This is a completely different field. By becoming a senior manager, you are lavished with all sorts of additional perks and benefits. First, you receive a bonus of $ 2000, plus all sales commissions and all other bonuses and payments to which you are entitled at that point. Plus, if you’ve made it to Senior Director at a faster pace, you’ll receive a $ 4000 bonus. As if that wasn’t enough, you also get an all-expenses-paid trip to Idaho Falls, the Melaleuca headquarters for more training and see the internal workings of the company. This training is called The Road To Executive Director. Now to top it all, you are also receiving a car voucher right now, allowing you to choose a car of your choice worth $ 15,000, and Melaleuca will pay $ 400 a month for it.

Now I’m not even going to go into everything you get when you become CEO and Corporate Director. It would be too much to delve into this article, but the point to be made here is that Melaleuca goes the extra mile and something else to help its Sales Executives. However, the thing to note here is that your average Melaleuca Marketing Executive will not be able to capitalize on the more generous bonuses and incentives Melaleuca has to offer. It will take more than creating a “warm market list,” having a “big why,” and chasing business builders to reach the top tiers of the Melaleuca compensation plan. Most of the marketing executives who reach the top of the Melaleuca business plan are seasoned sales and marketing professionals.

So how can you become a Melaleuca senior, executive or corporate director? The first thing to know is that there is a lot of money to be made in the network marketing industry. Network marketing isn’t a scam, it’s just not as simple as your upline and the company’s superstars are doing it. Look at it this way, if lines like “products practically sell themselves” and “talk to everyone within a meter of you” were true, why would they need you to promote your business? No network marketing is not a sham. You are simply not getting the proper training on how to grow your business. Network marketing is a profession like any other. You need to be properly educated to get the results you expect.
