The diet to cure wrinkles: does it work?

It also eliminates foods that Dr. Perricone says damage healthy skin. To do this, the 28 Day Diet is packed with foods like raw fruits, vegetables, salmon, and nuts. On this diet, wild salmon should be eaten a minimum of once a day. This is because it contains high levels of the antioxidant DMAE which is said to have the same effects on the skin as botox.
