Grilled Butter Cheese Bacon Dogs

What do you need:

  • 4 buns

  • 4 hot dogs

  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked

  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside. Cut a slit in each hot dog and cook on a preheated grill over medium high heat for 1 minute per side or cook until cooked through. Brush the buns with the garlic-butter mixture and place the hot buns on the racks until nice grill marks appear. Place a hot dog on a bun and divide the pepperjack and cheddar cheeses into 4 equal parts. Top with bacon. And flatten the buns with a spatula and then grill again. Remove once the cheese is melted.

Grilled Hot Dog Pizza

What do you need:

  • 1 medium classic pizza dough

  • 5 hot dogs, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

  • 1 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

Heat the hot dog pieces and pizza sauce together in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and set aside. Place the pizza in a roasting pan and cook on a preheated grill, turning once, until the crust is evenly cooked and lightly browned around the edges. Arrange the crust on a serving platter and then spoon the sausage and pizza sauce mixture onto the crust, spreading it evenly. Top with cheese. Return the pizza to the grill and cook for a minute or two or until the cheese has melted. Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into the desired number of slices before serving.
