This is my experience with the Pest Offense Electronic Pest Repeller: The Pros and Cons

I first discovered the Pest Offense Electronic Pest Repeller when I was looking for a safe pest repellent to use around my dog and cats. I didn’t want to use one that contained poisons of any kind. North wanted to use a trap. See, at the time I was having problems with the mice in the neighborhood. They were having a blast on top of my closet running around and gnawing up a storm. I needed to find a safe way to get them out of my house.

So, I decided to give the Pest Offense Electronic Pest Repeller a try. I liked how he said that he uses ultrasonic sounds in addition to electromagnetic waves to repel mice and other pests like cockroaches, spiders, and ants.

Which it was the result?

I loved. It worked for me. I had no more problems with mice or any other small critters running all over my closet. I did not hear anything!

After using this item for several years, here is a list of the pros and cons that I have found.

advantages

  • Works!

  • Keep mice away.

  • I don’t have to worry about any animal dying somewhere in my house.

  • It’s quiet.

Cons

  • It takes a while to work. It took almost 2 weeks for the mice to disappear.

  • It only works on outlets that have wires that travel to the areas where the mice are.

  • It cannot be used if you have hamsters and other rodents as pets.

For me, the pros outweighed the cons. I was fine waiting a couple weeks for the pests to react to the product. And I was delighted to know that mice actually stay out of my house. I didn’t want the animals falling all over the place and I didn’t want to worry that one of them would die somewhere and the body would decompose and cause a bad smell. You can imagine? He would have to break through a wall to get to the body. No way!

So for me the product did the job. I had a problem with the mouse and I no longer have it.

As to whether the product works for roaches and ants, I can’t say. They weren’t a problem before so I couldn’t tell if it kept them away or not. As for spiders, it didn’t work for me. I saw spiders before and I still see them after. Not many spiders, but would see the occasional spider. So who knows, maybe the spiders were disoriented in my house and couldn’t find a way out, so they ended up crawling everywhere. I don’t know.
